Air Travel
Information about UK airports for Autistic people is available, they may offer visual guides and/or videos, familiarisation visits and sunflower lanyards. Some airports offer quiet rooms or sensory rooms and the ability to move more quickly through security when travelling.
Check with your local airport to see if they offer a virtual tour or video walk round of the airport as familiarisation with the airport can help to avoid overwhelm when using the airport.
