HOPELINE247 is a confidential support and advice service for children and young people in the UK under the age of 35 who are experiencing thoughts of suicide, or anyone concerned that a young person could be thinking about suicide. Call 0800 068 41 41 Text 88247 or see the Papyrus website for more options.

They also have resources on suicide prevention and creating a safety plan.

The Mix – Support for the under 25s including a helpline, crisis messenger and telephone counselling services

Staying Safe provide information on making a safety plan if you are at risk of a mental health crisis

Campaign Against Living Miserably – provides a helpline from 5 pm – midnight on 0800 58 58 58 – contact can also be made via webchat or WhatsApp during this time. Services are for everyone, not just for men.

Womens Aid – help for those in abusive relationships, and help to recognise if you are in an abusive relationship, via helplines (there are different helplines for each area of the UK), webchat, email and a forum. They can also help you prepare a safety plan in case you need to leave a relationship.
