Making a complaint about an NHS service in Scotland

You could contact the Patient Advice and Support Service. They are able to provide free and confidential advice in relation to NHS services and can support patients to raise issues, concerns or complaints.

If this does not resolve matters, you can make a complaint to the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman https://www.spso.org.uk/

If you think you might have been treated unfairly due to having a disability (or other protected characteristic) and want further advice, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service
